Association of Latino Professionals (ALPFA)

Empower and develop Latinos as leaders of character for the nation in every sector of the American and global market.

ALPFA, Inc. is the proud successor of the American Association of Hispanic Certified Public Accountants (AAHCPA), the first national Latino professional association in the United States. Established in 1972, this association continues to build upon a proud legacy of shared values and guiding principles.

Upon this bedrock of shared values, ALPFA's visionary founders launched an ambitious mission that they pursued over the course of thirty years. Committed to its shared values and to its mission, it has flourished, expanding the base of operations to professional and student chapters nationwide.   Here in Northwest Arkansas, the Northwest Arkansas Professional chapter teams with the student chapters at the University of Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas Community College to promote professional growth and the sharing of knowledge and experience.

As heir to this rich legacy, ALPFA's current Board of Directors, with the support of the Corporate Advisory Board, is innovatively addressing the challenges that lie ahead by promoting the highest standards of excellence for itself and its members. ALPFA advances as a professional association that is both experienced and dedicated to shaping and elevating opportunities for Latino professionals and students.
